On this ground floor, Leonidas offers a suite bedroom with bathroom, a single room and an independent bathroom, as well as an entrance hall with built-in wardrobes, a pantry and an indoor garage that can become outdoor depending on preferences.

Leonidas has a first floor with a double bedroom, a single room and a fully equipped bathroom. This floor with access to the ground floor is a polyvalent space allowing the residents to adapt it based on their needs. At the same time, and following the idea to connect the indoor and outdoor spaces, the first floor has open access and views to the garden and the sea.
