Maria

Through its conceptualization, this design allows a great integration with the other housing types. The center of the house is located in the living room, and this makes it naturally the main meeting point of its residents. This space also opens up to the outdoor space thanks to its large windows.

Maria also has an attic available to be adapted and used according to the resident preferences. The house has an open kitchen allowing a comfortable movement around and avoids divisions between rooms. Following from the living room, the house has an indoor private patio that unifies both semi-detached houses. This becomes a livable area allowing natural light to the house.

With one single floor, Maria offers one of the following options: a suite bedroom with a dressing room and a bathroom, two double rooms and a fully equipped bathroom, or two double rooms, two single rooms and two fully equipped bathrooms. Finally, the space has an entrance hall with a built-in wardrobe, a storage room, a laundry room and an outdoor parking spot.
